0 (B_0x0): Bits related to the WKUP1 pin in PWR_WUCR1, PWR_WUCR2, PWR_WUCR3 and PWR_WUSCR can be read and written with secure or non-secure access.

1 (B_0x1): Bits related to the WKUP1 pin in PWR_WUCR1, PWR_WUCR2, PWR_WUCR3 and PWR_WUSCR can be read and written only with secure access.
