starts maintenance range command (maintenance operation defined in CACHECMD).

0 (B_0x0): command operation (cache maintenance) finished

1 (B_0x1): start maintenance command (cache maintenance)
CACHECMD

cache command maintenance operation (clean or clean-and-invalidate an address range)

0 (B_0x0): no operation

1 (B_0x1): clean range

3 (B_0x3): clean and invalidate range
