1 (B_0x1): VsubDD /subis below the PVD threshold selected by PVDLS[2:0].
ACTVOSRDY

Voltage level ready for currently used VOS

0 (B_0x0): VsubCORE/sub is above or below the current voltage scaling provided by ACTVOS.

1 (B_0x1): VsubCORE /subis equal to the current voltage scaling provided by ACTVOS
ACTVOS

VOS currently applied to VsubCORE/sub This field provides the last VOS value.

0 (B_0x0): Range 2 (lowest power)

1 (B_0x1): Range 1 (highest frequency)
